The election for the seven members of the Little Shell Chippewa Tribal Council will be held in November 2008.  The timeline below is tentative at this time.

At this time the election committee is being formed and is asking for volunteers to help staff the polling stations.  If you are interested in volunteering, please call the Tribal office at 406-452-2892.

If you are interested in running for office, please call the Tribal Office for more information.  The application filing fee is $150.00.  This will cover costs for staff time, background check and other costs associated with the election.
